Clothing and equipment: High ankle hiking shoes are necessary, along with comfortable clothing (we recommend dressing in layers: thermal shirt, long-sleeved shirt, fleece), backpack (be aware that the larger it is, the more likely it is to fill with unnecessary items), waterproof jacket, warm gloves and hat, sunscreen and sunglasses, a water bottle or flask (at least 1.5 liters per person), and packed lunch. Telescopic trekking poles are recommended.”
